SEAHDC is the smallest and newest of the six Human Development Centers in the state of the Arkansas. It has the residential capacity to serve sixty eight (68) persons of various ages. Services are provided directly or indirectly through the following service areas or departments.

ADMINISTRATION responsible for overall operation of center.
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES is responsible for business operations, personnel, payee services and physical plant operations.
COMMUNITY& STAFF DEVELOPMENT SERVICES provide training, public relations and outreach services to staff and community programs and community development services to the community as a whole.
HAB/REHAB provides programming and habilitation/rehabilitation training. It includes the classroom areas and Program Coordination.
LIVING UNIT SERVICES provides residential services and life skills training.
QUALITY ASSURANCE/VOLUNTEER SERVICES provides compliance with state and federal regulations and oversees volunteer and advocate services.
SOCIAL WORK provides family, admission, discharge and followup services.
SUPPORT SERVICES provides 24 hour medical services, contract psychological, occupation, physical and speech therapy and dental services.
